Think
this "dog" needs a name? then, if you're a child, age
12 and under, enter the new contest to name our new Mascot.
The unnamed "dog: a Dalmatian costume was won off eBay by
president Suzanne Tyner. The mascot will serve as our new
mascot for the new animal adoption and education center, as well
as other events and activities. Please mail in your
entries to WCHS-Mascot, PO box 821, Goldsboro, NC 27533.
Be sure to include you name, the name you pick for the dog's
name, an address and telephone number. Entries are due
Wednesday April 9. The winner will receive have
a picture taken with the new mascot, a Humane Society gift bag
and two tickets to the 5th annual Fur Bowl on April 12. |

MISSION STATEMENT

To promote
humane principles through reverence for and justice to all life.
OUR
GOALS 
To
provide a low-cost spay & neutering program for local fixed income
families. Provide information and education to the public through our
telephone committee and public speaking engagements. As a non-profit organization, we can achieve
these goals through public
donations, memberships and by the diligent work of our members
and volunteers.
